How to Hide an Acne Scar....

An article in Cosmopolitan couldn't of said it any better..... So I thought I would share what they had to say about hiding acne scars.... We all have had acne once in our lifetime... and with acne it leaves scars... Heres a few tips to hide them :)

"Erase the evidence of a past breakout with this dent-plumping, skin-perfecting fix"
THE PREP: Lather up with a salicylic acid cleanser for about 30 seconds. It dissolves surface oils, helping makeup stay put all day.
(1.) Tap a silicone based primer (it;ll have an ingredient endearing in "cone") in circles over the scar, the silicone helps fill the divot. Let it set for about a minute, then apply the foundation the same way... (in a circular motion).
(2.) Brush concealer across the scar diagonally then again in the opposite direction forming an "X". This provides two thin layers of coverage.
(3.) Tap concealer with your finger, starting from the center of the "X" and moving outward until its completely blended in with skin. Press on powder to set the concealer into the scar.

TIP: Green tinted primers help neutralize the look of a fresh, purple tinted scar thats still in the process of healing.
